Are you experiencing issues while trying to log into your account? Experiencing any technical issues on the site? Is your game freezing during gameplay? Unfortunately, running into technical issues from time to time is an unavoidable part of the online experience, and the online casino experience is no exception. The good news is that these technical issues, for the most part, can be solved by performing simple troubleshooting steps like clearing your cache and cookies.

How can these complex issues be solved using such a simple solution? Let’s start by talking about what cache and cookies do. In order to speed up your overall internet experience, your browser will use cache and cookies to “remember” versions of the websites that you’ve visited so that they can be uploaded more quickly. This shouldn’t be a problem until the previously visited pages are updated by the publisher, which leads to a clash between the newer version of the page and the older version of the page that was “remembered” using cache and cookies. That’s why when you clear cache and cookies, you remove the old version of the previously visited pages from the browser’s memory, thus making it possible for the browser to upload the most recent version of the page you are attempting to visit. For this reason, clearing cache and cookies is the recommended first step (and usually best step) to solve technical issues.

The process of clearing cache and cookies varies among the different browsers, so the first step is to identify which browser you are using. Once you’ve figured that out, search for the instructions related to your browser in our list below:
