Home > FAQ > Withdrawal
First, log into your SpinYoo account and go to My Account. Then select Withdrawal in the menu. Next, select the amount of funds that you would like to withdraw and choose the payment method you would like to use for your withdrawal from a list of available options.

When making your decision, please take the following into consideration:

- You may only use payment methods which are registered in your own name to make withdrawals. It is your responsibility to make sure that the bank account details you submit (where applicable) are correct. We cannot repay payments made to any other accounts as a result of your submitting incorrect account details.

- All withdrawals will be paid back to the same payment method used to make a deposit on the account. The withdrawal method will become available once a successful deposit is made. In the case that the payment method isn’t available for withdrawals, you will be asked to provide details for an alternative payment method. And you may be required to provide further information and documentation.

- In the case that the payment method you selected for withdrawal is no longer valid or available (for example, if it has expired), your withdrawal will not be processed, and you will be asked to provide details for an alternative payment method. We may also request further information or documentation from you.
Once you’ve requested a withdrawal, your request will remain pending for a period of between 1-2 days. Once approved, it will be processed immediately, however it may take up to 3 business days to reach your account – this method may vary depending on the selected payment/withdrawal method.
All withdrawal requests must go through Verification Checks and cannot be processed, and funds cannot be withdrawn from your account, until these checks have been completed satisfactorily.
SpinYoo doesn’t charge any fees for making withdrawals, however your payment method provider may charge their own fees for receiving payment from us. We recommend that you check with your payment method provider for more information regarding any applicable fees.
