If you’d like to make a deposit, simply log into your account and then hit the Deposit button located in the top menu bar. There, you will be able to select your deposit amount, preferred payment method, and deposit bonus if any are available.
We have a wide variety of different payment methods for you to choose from. You can find a comprehensive list in the cashier as well as on the SpinYoo Banking page.
While logged into your account, you will be able access and manage your account details through the drop-down menu located in the top menu bar (located in the top left corner of the screen on mobile). There, you will be able to choose a range of dates for which you can look up your transaction history.
There are several reasons that could have led to your deposit being declined, which all depend on the payment method you used to make your deposit. Contact support via Live Chat or email at support@spinyoo.com for more information and assistance to avoid a decline on your next deposit.
First, it could be that the page simply hasn’t updated yet. Try refreshing the page and then check to see if the deposit appears in your account after the page has reloaded.
If you still can’t see the deposit in your account, consider the following:
- The payment method you selected to make your deposit requires some processing time. Check the SpinYoo Banking page here for more information regarding processing times for different payment methods.
- If the processing time has lapsed or if you believe that there has been an error during the deposit process, Contact support via Live Chat or email at support@spinyoo.com with all of the relevant information including any error message you may have encountered, your selected payment method, and the amount that you tried to deposit.
This can be caused by a technical issue either on your side or the side of the site. Here’s what you can do:
- Log out of your account, wait a few minutes, then log back into your account and try to make your deposit again.
- If you encounter the same issue, please Contact support via Live Chat or email at support@spinyoo.com with a screenshot of the error, your registered email address, and any other information that you believe is relevant such as the payment method you used to make your deposit and the deposit amount.
This is a 3-digit security code located on the back of your credit or debit card, which you will need in order to make your deposit.
SpinYoo will not charge you any fees when you make a deposit.
No, however your selected payment method may impose their own transaction limits.
SpinYoo gives you the option to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits on your account for a specified period of time. This can be done by going to the Account Settings section of your account. Please take a couple of things into consideration when setting deposit limits:
- Deposit limit time periods are calculated as follows: daily limits as 24-hour periods, weekly limits as 7-day periods, and monthly limits as 28 day periods
- Deposit limits are measured retrospectively for the time period selected.
You can change your self-imposed deposit limits by removing them, increasing them, or decreasing them. Any decrease to your deposit limit will go into effect immediately, while any increase or removal of your deposit limits will take 24 hours to go into effect.
