If your account has been inactive without interruption for a period of 12 months, a reminder email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You will then have 30 days following the receipt of the reminder email to log into your account. If a log in hasn’t been registered within the 30-day period following receipt of the reminder email, $5 of real money funds will be deducted from the balance in your account. If the balance of the account is less than $5, the entire balance of the account will be deducted.
Following 13 consecutive months of inactivity since the last login to your account, a reminder email will be sent every month and €5 will be deducted from the real money balance of the account every month until you log into your account, or until the balance reaches $0.
