How can I customize my account? What is You and Yoo all about?

SpinYoo is all about providing you with the most personalized online casino experience possible, by allowing you to customize your SpinYoo experience according to your personal preferences. You will be able to choose your preferred language, your preferred communication channels, a list of your favorite games to be featured on your own personal page, and more!

To begin customizing, simply click on the menu at the top right corner and select “You and Yoo”. Once there, you will be able to customize your You and Yoo page, where you will be able to consolidate your favorite games, promotions, recommendations, and more.

What is an avatar and how I can select my own?

An avatar is an image of a character that will represent you on the site. Simply choose your preferred avatar from our list of options, which can be found in the “Account Settings” section located in your “My Account” area.

What is the Yoo Filter feature and how does it work?

The Yoo Filter feature was created to help you find the games that best fit your preferences. This feature will allow you to use multiple filtering options to find the games that best suit your style of gameplay as well as any specific types of games that you may be looking for. Filtering options include: game category, game provider, special features, bonus spins availability, volatility, theme, and more.

Which communication channels are available for me?

Here at SpinYoo, we like to keep our players up to date with any news, promotions, special events, and new features/options that are available to them. In order for you as a player to keep up with all of these updates, you will need to provide us with your preferred method of communication to receive these updates. Your options are: email, phone calls, and SMS. Feel free to pick more than one, just in case.

What are inbox messages and how I can access my inbox to view them?

Inbox messages are our way to send you personal messages within the SpinYoo site, through your own in-site inbox. Simply click on the envelope icon, located next to your avatar/username in the top bar menu, to access the inbox where your inbox messages can be found. There will be a red number next to the envelope icon if you have new/unread messages. Be sure to check in often so that you don’t miss out on any important updates!
